Dr. Dani Moye, PhD, LMFT is a clinical leader, social justice advocate, cultural empowerment coach, national public speaker, and passionate psychotherapist. With over 10 years of mental health experience, she has become a highly recommended expert in racial trauma, couples therapy, family therapy, and personal development.
Driven by her own story of triumph, Dr. Dani believes that “your past victories serve as constant reminders of your ability to thrive”. From motivating women to develop a different relationship with their emotions, to challenging families to rediscover their strengths, Dr. Dani is always curious about the power of change within a relational context.
As someone who has reclaimed the balance of family, life, and marriage in the face of adversity, Dr. Dani understands the intricacies that come with living harmoniously. By meeting people where they are, Dr. Moye can create a space for them to feel validated and empowered.
Dr. Moye is the owner of Harmony Cove Therapy, LLC, clinical supervisor for North American Family Institute, adjunct professor at University of Saint Joseph, and licensure supervisor for Motivo. As a graduate of the University of Hartford, Central Connecticut State University, and Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Moye is dedicated to breaking the stigma associated with mental health within the Black community. She is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy, and licensed in both Connecticut and Florida.
Dr. Moye is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and has served on the boards of Broward Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and Healing Arts Institute of South Florida.
